Position Requires U.S. citizenship


This position reports to the Sr. Director of Contracts & Procurement and provides administrative and business management to that role as well as to the department.The work entails tremendous confidentiality, high energy, initiative, judgment, knowledge, and strong attention to detail. Performs a variety of administrative duties, which may be complex or confidential to include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and track several contracts and corporate record books and oversee periodic corporate filings for domestic and international matters.

  • Assist with gathering materials in support of audits, leases, and corporate insurance(s), as well as the tracking of the overall deadlines and due outs related to these matters.

  • Maintain contractual department files and archives so that all records are readily available and properly filed (contracts, reseller agreement, licensing agreements, teaming agreements, and non-disclosure agreements).

  • Support and assist in drafting and editing routine agreements and letters using existing templates (i.e., consultant agreements, reseller agreements, and non-disclosure agreements).

  • Maintain the on-line SAM Government Representations and Certifications, and other required Department of Defense annual certifications/requirements.

  • Will be responsible for collecting information needed by team for reports using existing systems such as Deltek, Adept, and SalesForce, and compiling information into presentation formats subject to deadlines. Additionally, will provide proofreading and tech/editing skills for documents prior to final submittal.

Basic requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and five to seven years of related experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project

  • Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred requirements:

  • Knowledge of Adept database, and Deltek/Costpoint accounting systems desirable

  • Prior working knowledge of Department of Defense Contracts / documentation, and/or FARs/DFARs highly preferred.
