Procurement / Office Manager

This position is a dual role which primary focuses on two areas:

  1. Procurement & Supply Chain Logistics (70%)

  2. Office Management (30%)

Provide procurement supply chain logistical support, and oversee day-to-day business operations of the office. Reports to Controller

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source and Purchase the required components needed for the development of products

  • Build and maintain Vendor/Supplier relationship

  • Manage logistics of the supply chain; placement and tracking of both international and domestic materials

  • Inventory/Fixed Asset management

  • Oversees assigned operations to ensure efficient operation

  • Organize office and manage operations of business office

  • Update and maintain office policies as necessary

  • Assist in the onboarding process and training for new hires

  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues

  • Liaise with Controller, Staff, and off-site management as needed

  • Participates in special projects as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in a related business discipline or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

  • One to three years of experience in logistics, procurement, and Office Management greatly preferred

  • Working knowledge of mainstream business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, Google Apps, and Quickbooks

  • Knowledge/ Experience of Manufacturing Industry a Plus

  • Experience with Misys Manufacturing Software a Plus
