State Street Project Coordinator in Quincy, Massachusetts

GQS SVC Project Coordinators are fluid in numerous modalities of digital media and interpersonal communication as required by Service Fulfillment and Project Managers. They schedule, organize and facilitate in-person and electronic forums, paying special attention to ensure complete and impactful dissemination of information along with receipt of feedback. Skill sets include organization and facilitation of meetings, proficiency with online collaborative technologies, MS/Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), preparation of compound digital documents and blogs that may contain text based instructions, Gantt charts, sequence flow diagrams, meeting minutes, and other service delivery related materials like Community web-sites, “How-To Guides,” Service Glossaries, Architecture diagrams, Program & Project status materials.

Implement elements of capabilities that contribute to industrial strength Quality Assurance validation services for the Company’s information security technologies.

  • Work under the of a GQS SVC Senior Project Manager to manage one or two small to middle scale projects from initiation to closure with internal and external cross functional teams
  • Manage project scope

Demonstrate proficiencies
  • Proven experience in managing small to middle scale projects from initiation to closure with internal and external cross functional teams
  • PMP preferred Experienced

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years industry experience in IT/Financial Services setting
