As a Sous Chef, you will assist our Executive Chef in day to day operations including but not limited to, expo, line cook, banquet cook, prep, reports, and ordering. The ultimate goal for the position is to become an Executive Chef within our company.
Applicants must have a flexible schedule including nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must have at least 2 years of culinary supervisor experience.
