Citizens Bank Marketing Partner, Merchandising in Dedham, Massachusetts


In this role you will be responsible for the development of print and digital messaging for the retail branch channel. You will work collaboratively with the Merchandising and Product Marketing teams to design campaign and brand creative. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. You should be able to handle a high volume of work while paying close attention to small details.In addition, you will be asked to: • Serve as the merchandising channel lead for multiple business lines, understanding product and solution strategies as well as sales and revenue goals. • Partner with creative agencies and vendors to develop merchandising strategy, messaging, creative executions and campaigns that support the delivery of business line goals.• Write creative briefs that will bring engaging and meaningful marketing campaigns to life.• Manage the entire creative process including agency kick-off, stakeholder presentations, approvals, production, branch delivery, communications and display instructions.• Interact, engage and influence partners and leaders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrate strategic dexterity and the ability to deliver creative marketing solutions that support the brand platform and meet business needs.• Develop marketing materials that meet all risk, legal and compliance requirements as well as established brand guidelines. • Effectively and efficiently prioritize and manage project schedules and overall workload based on our strategic priorities. • Ensure high quality production and on-time delivery of all merchandising campaigns.• Partner with analytics team to review results of campaigns and understand merchandising contribution to business performance. • Demonstrate a solid understanding of our brand including messaging platform, tone of voice and identity/design aspects. Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador across all projects and partnerships to ensure our brand is appropriately embedded in all marketing efforts.• Make recommendations for continuous improvement and enhance future merchandising campaigns based on results.


Qualifications • BA/BS preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.• 5-7 years of related marketing and/or agency experience required.• Print and/or digital creative experience strongly preferred.• Strong Business line advocate.• Strong project management, organizational and presentation skills.• Proficient in MS Office; specifically Word, Power Point and Excel.• Strong written and verbal communications skills.Hours & Work ScheduleHours per Week: 40Work Schedule: M-FWhy Work with UsAt Citizens, you’ll find a customer-centric culture built around helping our customers and giving back to our local communities.
