We are looking for a high energy Transportation Manager to oversee the Shuttle Transportation Operations of a group of Hotels in the Boston Logan Airport Chelsea Area:

• Coordinate and oversee the logistics for guest and airline crew shuttle transportation for a cluster of assigned hotels

• Schedule assigned van driver based on demand and occupancy

• Be aware of monthly airline crew schedules and adjust staffing accordingly

• Ensure proper documentation/files for each driver are up to date and in accordance with DOT standards

• Ensure all drivers have current DOT medical cards and Massport PSID badges

• Ongoing review of staff to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures for Colwen shuttle drives

• Ensure all vans are maintained to US DOT standards

• Manage preventative maintenance program for fleet

• Maintain documentation for all fleet repairs

• Ensure pre and post trip inspections are in an organized manner and filed

• Maintain all WEX gas card records/receipts (daily, weekly, monthly)

• Track scheduled pick up and drop off for airline crews and guests

• Assist in driving van as needed

• Ensure impeccable cleanliness standards of interior and exterior of fleet

• Ensure ongoing communication with front desk team and drivers

• Ensure excellent guest experience by trouble shooting and resolving all van related issues in assigned hotel(s)

• Adherence to all Colwen/Brand Service and Safety Standards

• Track GSS and SALT surveys for areas of improvement and efficiency

• Awareness of any changes in traffic patterns/routes implemented on local roads

• Ensure all new hire paperwork, and all pertinent personnel documents are filed appropriately and maintained in accordance with Colwen HR practices

• Perform technical and administrative duties, including, but not limited to; writing and reviewing reports; e.g. profit and loss, yield management, capital budgeting planning, payroll, etc.

• Valid driver’s license

• Excellent driving record

• Prior Hotel Transportation Management experience preferred

• Vehicle maintenance and safety knowledge

• Knowledge of Area, City, State and airport traffic law

• Familiar with common computer software programs
