PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Function at a high level with minimal supervision to coordinate and execute license income distributions and associated activities including:
Distribution policy document set up in IPP and sign off by LMs (Licensing Managers)
Distribution check request in PeopleSoft
Notification of distribution breakdown to each recipient
Triaging of any questions in response to dirtribution notification emails
As needed, identify and research into payment issues of non-compliant Licensees.
Special projects as assigned by Director of Finance in establishing policies and procedures relating to the above.
Working hours: 8-5
1.-College Degree preferred. Accounting background preferred.
2.-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Highly organized with demonstrated ability to establish priorities.
3.-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (face-to-face, telephone, and written correspondence).
4.-Flexibility and ability to manage numerous tasks concurrently and ability to act cooperatively with many individuals internally and externally. Strong quantitative analytical skills.
5.-Demonstrated ability to perform with accuracy.
6.-Thorough knowledge of standard office software packages (e.g., Word, Excel).
7.-A minimum of 1-3 years directly relevant experience.
