Kforce Accounts Payable Coordinator in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Kforce has a client in the Cambridge, Massachusetts (MA) area that is seeking an AP Coordinator on a temporary basis. Responsibilities Include:

  • Review invoices, for accuracy, coding, manager approvals and date

  • Entry of invoices into computer, check for duplication and research issues

  • Ensures accurate information is entered into the system

  • Ensure new vendors have completed W-9 and document is on file

  • Print A / P open items reports and enter cash balances from the cash book on each property sheet

  • Update cash balances in the cash book both before and after each check run

  • Distribute A / P open items to appropriate Managers

  • At least 2 years of experience within AP

  • The ideal candidate will have similar skills and abilities to perform the duties listed above
