Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer for TimePayment, the Corporate FP&A Director supports the entire TimePayment lease portfolio with over $300MM in assets. In this fast-paced, high growth, and constantly evolving enviroment, this role provides leadership in innovating and building KPIs that drive business growth and sound business decisions and is the right-hand resource for the CFO. This is a hands on position that is responsible for the design and creation of segmented profitability reporting, preparation and analysis of business plans, budgets and forecast, analysis of key trends, securitization analysis and reporting, and other ad hoc reporting projects. This role requires an individual who possesses a high level of energy, analytical skill and attention to detail. This role interacts directly with department heads and the entire Executive team.
Lead the budgeting/forecasting process
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
Monthly and quarterly reporting including variance analysis and expense detail vs. plan
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
Product segmentation and financial reporting segmentation
Securitization financing assistance and servicer reporting
Support Senior Management Team and Department heads with in-depth analysis
Quarterback development and preparation of presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team
Ad hoc reporting, etc.
Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies:
7-10 years of experience in financial services
5+ years of FP&A experience
Superb communication skills / ability to effectively interact directly with both C-suite and front-line employees
Oustanding analytical skills
Strong desire to succeed and sense of urgency in identifying solutions
Team player and ability to influence others; this is currently an individual contributor role
Mastery of excel modeling / big data analysis
An undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or equivalent. Master’s degree highly preferred.
Leasing and/or banking experience a plus
Securitization and treasury experience a plus
SAS experience a plus
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products
