As a Recruitment Analyst you will perform reporting and analysis for HR by collecting, organizing, and analyzing recruiting and hiring data as well as making recommendations based on your analysis. In addition, you will be responsible for configuration, detailed analysis, and maintenance of our recruiting system (Kenexa) and other HR systems including Workday.
What you will be doing:
Develop and manage monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment and compliance reports.
Develop an expertise on all recruiting data. Help to continually improve data management method, systems and standards. Proactively suggest opportunities to avoid problems and anticipate future data needs.
Prepare documents and materials (PowerPoints/summaries) for leadership meetings, reviewing results and modeling different strategic options for future recruiting.
Act as business partner with the HR global organization by leveraging knowledge of system functionality and other functional/technical skills to provide user, production, and project support.
Responsible for gathering requirements, providing level 1 support, troubleshooting systems issues, and performing ongoing configuration/development of the systems.

Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is required.
3+ years of experience in reporting and data analytics required including working with databases or HRIS within recruiting or human resources.
Experience working with Kenexa or other HRIS/ATS systems preferred
Experience working with HR/organizational people data preferred (e.g. headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, and other people analytics).
Strong project management skills including being detailed oriented, organized, and has ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects with a high level of accuracy.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree focusing on data analytics/data science preferred.
Demonstrated ability to optimally utilize a variety of software programs including Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with company intranet platforms such as Share Point.
