General Summary of Position:
Reporting to the Manager of PPT and LV, the Product Pricing Project Lead will be responsible for assigning out and tracking all projects within the department. This individual will work on inter-departmental initiatives on behalf of PPT's management team to ensure successful closure of each project. May work on projects as directed. This organized individual, will track all assignments including IT goals and initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Support customer facing staff as an integral part of the company's knowledge base by answering technical questions in a clear, precise, and easily understood manner
Works well independently and with others
Attend inter-departmental meetings and handle professionally
Attend weekly team meetings
Train on all PPT processes, tasks, and reports
Assign all PPT tasks (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly assignments, projects, reports) based on specified assignment times
Send supervisors daily any alerts, transmittals and industry letters that are assigned and not worked within 24 hours
Track all statuses for all assignments in order to give weekly reporting
Organize testing and provide feedback/statuses on all IT requirements
Maintain all statuses for all IT items in a spreadsheet in the applicable format
Ability to communicate/escalate issues to supervisors
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Organized and very detail oriented
Strong communication, both verbal and written
Self-Motivated and self-starter
Ability to work equally well under supervision and independently
Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
Needs to be a team player
Must be professional
Be flexible and be able to change priorities
Experience in finance and telecom is preferred
Able to learn new systems
Proficiency in MS Access/Excel/SQL
Product pricing knowledge is a plus, but not required
