Duties and Responsibilities Primary duties are to provide end user support for IT hardware and software. This position must be able to install applications on client systems, and troubleshoot issues as well as installing hardware. Will be required to review and resolve IT requests that are assigned within our HelpDesk ticketing system. This positions will have light system administration using Active Directory.
