ISG Center of CompetenceStrategy and Operations team PMO Advisor/Sr. Advisor/Consultant/Sr. ConsultantThe ISG Center of Competence (CoC) is the conduit between the Product BUs and their routes to market. The CoC creates and drives the operating plan to achieve the AOP for Storage, Data Protection, CI, Networking, and Solutions. It also collaborates closely with other teams on our multi-year strategic initiatives, providing the nerve center to ensure successful implementation.
The Strategy and Operations team serves three key functions:
1) Run the general team operations (budgeting, hiring, governance etc.);
2) Build the consolidated IOP plan;
3) Develop and support the CoC's strategic priorities, including alignment to multi-year initiatives across Dell Technologies.
The PMO role will be responsible for supporting the multi-year initiatives and other internal cross-CoC initiatives as needed.Key responsibilities Collaborate with other Dell Technologies teams to develop and operationalize the plans for multi-year initiatives including X-SAB Ease of Doing Business, Commercial Acceleration, and Product SimplificationSupport program management of internal CoC programs as needed with focus on global and cross-product initiativesAdvisor/Senior Advisor role will be expected to perform standard program management functions: developing plans/milestones, tracking actions, providing status updates
In addition to the above, Consultant/Sr. Consultant role will be expected to take broader ownership of the initiative(s), including strategy development, risk/gap identification, and creating executive-level content
Experience with program management across multiple functions, businesses, and participant levelsDemonstrated sense of ownership for projects
