Great opportunity for a transformational leader who is excited to work in a green field, start-up environment.-- Be part of standing up an organization to support the go to market engine for our largest deals that cross the strategically aligned businesses of Dell Technologies.- This role will reside in the Business Operations Transformation team and support Global Sales for development of end to end complex deal processes, including Transformational Licensing Agreements (TLAs), Transformation Partner Agreements (TPAs), and other large Dell Technologies deals.--RESPONSIBILITIES-Build relationships with upstream and downstream functions.Ensure seamless execution for complex deals globallyScope operations requirements and build program plan for new offersProgram management of strategic projects to achieve the goals of the organization.--Lead cross-functional teams to improve business processes and implement system automation where applicable.--Build business case for investments in improvements.--Benchmark best practice and implement these practices into the organization.-Build communications for cross-functional and field teams on new processesDevelop processes, metrics, measurements, and tools to drive greater efficiencies.-Enable and train teams on new processes and system enhancements.SKILLS-Excellent problem solverAbility to partner with the field and internal corporate functionsSenior change leader who can influence cross-functionallyAbility to effectively communicate with go to market and operational resources at all levelsAbility to interact with executive levelSense of urgency/results orientedConsultative skillsProject management skillsProcess improvement skills (lean six sigma or related discipline a plus) Dell is an equal opportunity employer.
