Kforce Vendor Support Specialist in Framingham, Massachusetts

Kforce has a client in search of a Vendor Support Specialist in Framingham, MA.Summary:The Vendor Support Specialist will play a key role in the Staples Exchange Platform Integration and Support Team. This role will be responsible for successfully training and on-boarding dropship suppliers on to client's proprietary dropship platform. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the vendor migration team by helping manage the administrative activities acting as an Assistant Project Manager for all vendor migrations

  • Track and assign vendors

  • Schedule onboarding calls

  • Monitor project plan

  • Vendor follow-up

  • Vendor system set-up activities

  • Act as tier one escalation point for any delays in vendor migration project

  • Project Management, Vendor Management, or Senior Administrative experience

  • Proficient with MS Office and other productivity software suites

  • Solid communication skills

  • Excellent follow-up skills

  • Ability to support multiple projects at one time

  • Customer centric approach to problems

  • Knowledge of APIs / EDI, Web technologies a plus
