POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our highly collaborative and creative team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading innovative initiatives associated with MassMutual Financial Advisors. Amongst these initiatives, a key focus for this role will be standing up and building out a collaborative learning lab. You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, execution, control and completion of the project while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

  • Builds, develops, and nurtures relationships with key stakeholders vital to the success of the project

  • Manages vendors / vendor resources to meet agreed upon deliverables.

  • Work with subject matter experts to help guide insights through proof of concept

  • Able to work independently and with management to resolve key issues, critical decisions and time constraints on highly visible projects

  • Create and deliver presentations that effectively communicate project scope, market opportunity and approach

  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience

  • Financial services experience preferred. Financial acumen a must

  • Proficient in Excel, Keynote & Power Point

  • Experience working with and supporting cross-functional teams

  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
