: Encompasses all aspects of end-user's interaction with the company, its services, and its products. Responsible for overall user experience and consistency in all applications and serves as the user advocate in usability matters. May also be involved in shaping product development decisions and requirements through user research and competitive analysis. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Minimum Required Skills The User Experience Researcher is responsible for bringing the user's voice to our strategic product development efforts. As the User Experience Researcher, you will collaborate with stakeholders and our UX design teams. This role requires a Researcher who has experience and competency with UX processes and methodologies. Your primary responsibilities are planning, conducting, analyzing, and reporting on user-centered design research for higher education products.
