Duties and Responsibilities:
The Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for pursuit of sales within new and existing client account(s). This role will encompass:
Growing relationships with Conduent's largest Client(s) through cross-selling of new services and capturing new client logos, using consultative selling expertise.
Partnering with solutions leaders to develop product roadmaps to enhance focus service offerings.
Develop and support implementation of product roadmaps for focus areas and ensure alignment with Conduent and business unit strategy.
Partnering with Account Leaders and Base Sales executives to promote sales of new services into existing accounts.
Recommending and initiating enhancements to the sales and marketing operations. Establish sales goals, analyze growth and provide accurate, complete and timely submission of required progress reports, forecasts, quotations, budgets and rates.
Supporting the development of marketing plans that will appeal to a variety of customers on a global basis in order to support sales and profit objectives.
Representing the organization with executives and clients establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external constituents.
Other duties as assigned.
5-10 years of demonstrated experience growing and leading a sales organization with sales targets of $5 million plus per annum or more and a track record of significantly growing revenue pipeline in litigation, eDiscovery, and compliance solutions across financial, pharmaceutical, and other highly-regulated industries .
A track record of achieving aggressive business and sales goals; growing and managing a thriving portfolio.
Subject matter expertise in Compliance and Electronic Discovery solutions.
Proven Leadership in account strategy, account planning, relationship strategy.
Strong organizational skills; the ability to create an effective yet practical plan and then implement it; the passion to direct, organize, prioritize, and motivate a team around strategy and vision.
An excellent reputation for partnering with other service providers and practices, including various internal areas.
An established presence as a strong thought and people leader in the compliance, litigation, and eDiscovery marketplace.
A vision and a passion for using technology-based solutions to enhance operations for clients in a variety of commercial industry verticals.
An ability to comprehend and address the client's issues from both a business and a technical perspective, and communicating to the client how Conduent Legal and Compliance can help address these issues.
Strong customer references; a successful record of managing and enhancing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
Solutions development background to address the creation and assure the quality of the delivery of solutions to business problems for the client; the ability to contrast and compare technology -based solutions available in the marketplace.
An undergraduate degree is required, and advanced degree is desirable.

50% travel expected, as needed to perform job responsibilities
Based in NYC or major city with Conduent office location (remote exceptions will be considered on case-by-case basis).
