YOUR ROLE:eCommerce Delivery Lead – Salesforce Commerce Cloud
While there will never be a typical day at Accenture Interactive, we’ve highlighted a few of your exciting responsibilities.
Ensure overall success ofcomplex and large-scale Salesforce Commerce Cloud programs, focusing onthe client relationship, financials, project delivery, resourcing, andoverall program health
Identify and pursue follow-onproject opportunities
Plan and estimate deliverywork, focusing on project milestones, resource planning (both on-shore andoff-shore), scope, and budget
Manage day to day on-shore andoff-shore project teams during the project lifecycle
Manage business requirementsand project ideation
Manage and contribute tosolution plan definition
Identify, manage, and track keydependencies, issues, and risks
Contribute to the businessdevelopment process by participating in sales calls, assist/lead proposaldevelopment efforts and delivering client presentations
Contribute to the ongoingdevelopment of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies,techniques, and business development tools
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
8 years of full lifecycleimplementation experience using various SDLC methodologies, includingWaterfall and Agile
5 years of experience leadingthe successful delivery of eCommerce projects
3 years of experiencedelivering projects which have integrated a number of the followingcapabilities: SAP ECC and CRM, Payment Gateways, Tax Services, ProductLifecycle Management, Order Management Lifecycle, Search, Merchandisingand Recommendation Services, Web Content Management, Digital AssetManagement
Consulting role, travel will be required
SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills
Hands on experience withmultiple eCommerce applications (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Hybris,Oracle/ATG, WebSphere Commerce), conceptualizing, designing, building anddeploying solutions; extensive experience with targeted platform a plus
Knowledge of best practices inall areas of eCommerce including Catalog Management, ProductMerchandising, Inventory Availability, Shopping Cart and Checkout, OrderManagement, Search and Guided Navigation, SEO, Personalization, GiftRegistry, Returns Management, Customer Service
Experience with multi-countryrollouts
Strong understanding of PCI/PIIsecurity requirements
Hands on experience with largescale data migration efforts
Strong knowledge of projectmanagement methodology including the ability to develop detailed workplans and specifications, identify and resolve issues, manage risk, andrun team meetings
Exceptionally strong leadership& communication skills to effectively manage client accounts andmultidisciplinary teams
Experience in a consultingenvironment with demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities,creativity and innovation
