FRONT DESK/SALES ASSOCIATE

Function:

Offering excellent customer service to

guests and members, present the wellness program, and assist the clinic manager in daily operational tasks.

Essential Duties:

Promptly and professionally answers the phone

Effectively and efficiently books appointments

Greets guests and members as they enter the clinic, log and relay member concerns to manager.

Efficiently and effectively checks members in and out for appointments

Presents Wellness Program to all prospects

Understands and applies the sales process

Understands and applies strategic sales offerings (cross promotions)

Makes appointment reminder calls daily

Assists in maintaining cleanliness of the facility

Other duties as assigned: Refer to daily activity check list

Must be punctual and have a reliable method of transportation

Perform other duties assigned by Management

Understands, believes in and upholds Massage Envy's Vision and Values

Understands, believes in and upholds Massage Envy's Service Essentials

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs

Must be able to stand for long period of time, breaks are granted as require by law

Must be able to use office equipment, including telephones, computers, fax and copier machines.

We are looking for someone who has a Full Time Open availabilty.

Qualified candidates will:

Education, Skills and Training:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • Possess basic math and cash handling experience.

  • Have strong phone and computer skills.

  • Have previous customer service experience (preferred).

  • Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.

  • Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.

  • Possess general knowledge of massage and esthetic services and modalities.

Communications and Personal Interactions

  • Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and guests, prospective clients, vendors, and the franchised location’s management and team.

  • Maintain client confidentiality.
