Global Business Unit TSC Lead Role

The Cloud First Global Business Unit TSC lead will serve as the primary business interface to Cloud First leadership providing a holistic view of TSC across Global Managed and GU Managed resources. One Global Business Unit TSC lead will support Cloud First, working with the Global Groups HR Service Delivery and GU Service Delivery teams supporting CFA resources.

Job Summary

The Global Business Unit TSC Lead will be assigned to support and be the single point of contact for Accenture Cloud FIrst. This role is responsible for interfacing with GU TSC teams and Global Groups HR Service Delivery on behalf of these entities. The Global Group TSC Lead will be the key link to the partnership between the entity DOOs and Business Partners and TSC service delivery Leads. This role covers multiple Talent Supply Chain disciplines including Resource Forecasting & Planning and Supply-Demand Management. Through active involvement in long-range planning and talent planning for CFA, the Global Business Unit TSC Lead collaborates with recruiting, the business and HR Business Partners.

Key objectives include

  • Provides guidance on behalf of Cloud First and understands/ interprets DTE results, across Global and GU managed resources, for business leaders.

  • Understands and communicates the DTE TSC business story with focus on current year strategy and results.

  • Prepare and present management analysis using key metrics, articulating the underlying story behind the results.

  • Consolidates and provides summary view, analysis and headlines of Supply/Demand, Chargeability, and forecasts; this includes..

  • summary and review of PCM that rolls up from GU and GG PCMs for each business.

  • analysis and summary of full forecast view for the business, including demand pipeline, and supply forecast.

  • proactive review and follow up on open and OVD demand, highlighting areas of risk or concern

  • work with business leaders to set and adjust strategic direction and actions to keep supply/demand in balance.

  • Understands DTE business concerns and “connects the dots” to diagnose/resolve; provides consultative, problem-solving support for business issues when escalated.

  • Builds and sustains a collaborative relationship with the each entity Business Partner and the TSC service delivery Leads to ensure ongoing awareness of business issues, strategy and priorities; and being viewed as a trusted advisor for talent supply chain matters.

  • Integration with finance on annual, quarterly planning and also central contact for HR drivers in the non-contract cost planning.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in a Talent Supply Chain Role.

  • 3 years of experience in a managerial role.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with Accenture Systems including MyScheduling.
