Thermo Fisher Scientific 1 of 5 Area Senior Site Specialist / Customer Support Rep in Boston, Massachusetts
Preparation of Sales Quotations and sales support.
Order Entry for multiple accounts and ship to destinations
General customer service, including receiving / responding to customer calls and emails.
-Inquires to range from order status / expedite, returns, invoice resolution, order corrections and pricing resolutions.
Other duties to include:
Inventory management (low volume), on site sales support, asset management support and remote support for area team members.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Must possess a High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office program, especially Excel
Work Overtime, as required
Must have reliable transportation to travel between customer sites.
Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, with assistance

Strong problem solving ability
Displays a high level of confidentiality for both customer and Thermo Fisher Scientific
Works primarily at customer locations, in office environment to include cubicles and/or in and around shipping/receiving docks, stock rooms, storage locations and laboratory environments.
May be required to work independently at a customer location.
