Oracle Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) - Agency Development Lead, DMP in Bedford, Massachusetts

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills preferred with the ability to influence. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.

This role will be an integral part of a new, cross functional team helping agencies, digital Consulting firms and their clients utilize the (BlueKai DMP), 3rd party audiences (Oracle Data Cloud) and attention/brand safety (Moat). The Agency DMP lead role specifically supports agencies and consultancies using the BlueKai Data Management Platform (DMP).

Primary Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

Owning existing agency customer relationships and onboarding new customers to the Bluekai Data Management Platform (DMP)

Design and implement re seller and managed service business models for agencies, SI s and consultancies

Acting as the front-line technical and user support and bringing in technical/product resources as needed; Scoping new product and integration requests for feasibility

Providing expertise on DMP resources and capabilities and conducting trainings for Ad Ops,Research and Ad Sales teams

Leading account planning / quarterly business reviews and managing account remediation

Managing upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities. Leading the renewal strategy includingcontract negotiation and pricing

Work closely with Oracle's Product and Engineering teams to spec new products and features and prioritize the product roadmap

Qualifications:

BA / BS or equivalent (MBA is a plus)

7 years of experience in ad tech, digital marketing, and/or analytics

Consulting experience a plus

Managing teams a plus

Skilled at relationship management

Understanding of online marketing metrics (e.g. CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, RPV, AOV, etc.)

Experience working hands-on with a DMP (BlueKai, Lotame, Adobe, Krux or Neustar) preferred

Complex, multi-channel project development, management, activation and acceleration within region or country. E.g. program development, messaging, offer development, demand generation strategies, awareness/reputation, digital/online, sales and channel execution
